minoxidil survey

So I finally ordered some minoxidil. It seems a bit late in the game to be going down this road -- I've been living with hair loss for nearly a decade -- but that's desperation for you. I'm already on finasteride and, while it may have slowed things down, it hasn't lead to any regrowth. Just for fun, I was hoping to conduct a little survey of minoxidil users. It's pretty simple:

(1) How long have you been using minoxidil?
(2) Do you use any other treatments? If so, what are they?
(3) Has your hair loss stabilised?
(4) Have you seen any regrowth? If so, where: hairline or crown? And is the regrowth cosmetically significant?

2) finasteride, biotin, saw parmetto, nizoral shampoo
3) yes
4) too soon to say. As with any poorly conducted experiment I changed many things at the same time.

What I can say is that I didn’t see any shedding or adverse reaction to any of the medication/supplements.

Im hoping for growth in the crown to prevent a second surgery.

I didn’t expect any regrowth in the hairline or mid scalp, and accept it’s relatively unlikely I’ll get regrowth in the crown but am hoping I’m one of the lucky few that responds well.
