It was very hard to deal with my hair loss during the last 10 years, my self confidence was getting lower and lower, specially for a single guy, its not something that you want to deal with in your 30s.
When I was 35, I decided to be brave, and search for an opportunity to make myself feel better, and get my hair back.
I didnt want to take a wrong decision about the place where I would get the intervention, so I created an excel sheet, and wrote down all the data necessary to value what is the best place for me.

The hotel was a 5 stars hotel, very comfortable place to rest before and after such an important moment.
When I arrive to Vera Clinic, I was attended in a professional way, and when I saw the place, I was aware that this is a modern and serious clinic, and I am in good hands.
Doctor made a look in my head, and designed what it would be the area recovered of hair, so after that I just had to be ready for the operation.
The operation was long, of course, the technique used was the Sapphire FUE, made by 3 young assistants that made me comfortable in every moment.
Despite the long process, I was able to sleep a bit and it was not so long feeling.
My donor side was strong enough to take almost 7000 grafts, I think its a good amount to cover well my area, so I was looking forward the results.
The first night was hard, painful, but I managed to sleep, after that, everything was just improving time by time.
The process was as they told me, first 15 days with the hurted skin, then 15 days after I lost the hair again, and after 3 months I was recovering my hair.
Vera Clinic was attending my questions via Whatsapp anytime I needed, thing that I appreciate.
After 6 months, the change was very visible, and after 1 year the process was over, I barely took vitamins since then, and after almost 4 years, I still very happy with the operation and my decision.
