So my hair was always pretty thick when I was younger and I was always told “you’re so lucky, you’ll never go bald”. If only that were the case. Around my 30th birthday was when I first noticed the hairline was noticeably thinner. My world started to implode. Depression over hair loss would seem silly to guys not experiencing it, but it became my reality pretty fast. Over the next 5 years my hair went from not too bad to it’s now time to shave. I decided something had to be done. After hundreds of videos and articles I think I’ve finally perfected what works for me. I’ve also helped a few guys get their hair back as well and it brings me a bit of happiness to my life.
So here’s what I do:
Minoxidil 10% solution twice a day
Derma roller 1mm every 4 days
Massage my head with sweet almond oil once every 3 days, hang my head off the bed while I massage to get the blood flow to the scalp. Pure Collagen powder once a day.
Saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil supplement.
its a lifestyle change, you have to be committed. If you can’t be bothered to take a few minutes out of your day to do this then don’t even bother. It takes TIME. Hair regrowth is a long process. It takes at least 3 months to see results, but they will come.
Feel free to ask me questions guys, here to guide and help.
