Need advice for hair loss treatment

Hi,
I am witnessing hair loss since more than 6 months now.. I tried allopathic treatment for the first 3 months.. The doctor prescribed Minidoxil, Finax, Softeron and Zinovit. Didnt see much improvement and many people advised me to take homeopathic treatment.. So went to a good local homeopathic doctor who prescribed exercises for blood circulation to hair, diet and suggested to drink water a lot.. but no improvement visible here also since last 3 months or so...

But in the last 6 months, I have lost hair all the more ...especially in the crown area..I am just 27 and am really tensed about the increasing hair loss.. Am new to this forum and not able to make out much
1) what is the best for hair loss treatment
2) Has anyone seen hair loss treatment turning out to be successful..Most of the places I read, haven €™t seen anyone mentioning any improvement after a treatment...
3) Can someone suggest a good Doctor in Mumbai..

I appreciate the help and guidance provided by people on this forum and looking forward to seek some advice for myself..

Thanks a lot!!!

Hey Maverick

Sounds like you will need to send some pictures off to some of the top clinics/surgeons on here.SMG-Feller-BMC-HDC medical and many more offer real solutions to your problems. You could post your pics up on this thread or in the patient results thread.Take them from top-sides and back which will allow them to see the extent of your loss and donor area. They will under estimate rather than over IMHO so you will be looking at a worse case scenario in terms of available grafts etc.But it will give you a start. Also try and find guys in the gallery with a similar hair calibre density and pattern to you-which again will give you a rough idea as to what you may be able to achieve.

Hope this helps dude ;)

Would be great if you could post some pictures.

Also, was it a HT doctor or GP who prescribed your course of meds.

I see you had Finax, maybe give it a little longer to see if it works.

OK so, I have something natural for you to try out, its gross but it works with time:
take a whole lot of garlic gloves, peel them and crash them gently, put them in a container and pour pure olive oil on them, close it and leave it for a week or so... then before you wash ur hair wet all ur hair with that oil( not the garlic's, they should stay at the bottom) and leave it for a couple of hours (as much as u can) then wash...
Over time ur hair will grow back!! try it and thank me later .

To solve the problem of hair you
should take care of your diet. It is
necessary to get essential vitamins and
proteins from your diet.

Hi Maverick

At this stage surgery is completely out of the question as you are showing very slight thinning and obviously at a very early stage. It also looks like your hair is wet so that will make it look worse anyway.
I echo what the other guys have said-you are an ideal candidate for meds IMHO and I would try Pro-Scar and also 5% minoxidal together.Don't pay silly money only use the minox once a day and use for a minimum of 6 months which in your case could be enough to make a huge difference and fill in the very slight diffusing you are showing and stop any further loss in the future.
I would think of yourself as lucky dude not unlucky for being able to get on top of it so quickly. If I had to use just one product it would be Pro-scar.I do know that some excellent results have been achieved combining the 2 though especially in the crown/mid section which is where you are focusing:::C

Hope this helps dude!

I agree with masher. Transplant is not correct for you. Don't let anyone con you into getting a transplant right now.
I do not know any doctor in Mumbai, but in India the best doctor whose results I have seen in person is Dr. Arvind in Delhi.

Propecia and Avodart sre good alternative for Minoxidil. However you need doctor's prescription for mentioned medicaments. There are lots of solution on regain hair loss.
