New Guy-A few questions

Hi guys, i've been thinking of hair transplant for the past two years but what i read on the internet got me a bit confused. I'm 28 and i've been loosing my hair since 18, although i believe it has been stabilised now. Based in London, i have considered a few clinics there but from what i read they do not have a very good reputation. What do you know about clinics in London and specifically about Harley Street Hair Clinic?

P.s: Wouldn't mind travelling abroad as long as i know that it is a trustworthy clinic.

Thank you for your help

Pioneer I wish this was a simple question to answer but unfortunately it is not. How many people do you know around you that you can personally trust? How long did it take you to know that you could trust them? Usually you pick up on cues here and there but it all happens over a long period of time and sometimes you can trust some people only to a certain degree when compared to others that you may even trust with your life.

All this applies even more so when choosing a doctor so the best advice I could give you would be to ask a lot of questions of many people including patients and just take mental notes. Look for any inconsistencies and if possible meet people in person as body language cannot be hidden. The longer you research the better your odds are of making a good choice.

Most people that know their onions travel. The clinic you mention has almost no patient cases published online that are no under their control, so I walked away.

Rooney's transplant is not good, in my view.

Brussels takes 2 hours by Eurostar.

Farjo is further away in Manchester. There are lots of great doctors on the eastern seaboard of the USA.

Hey Bigmac, this gets asked so often it should be a sticky.

Cast the net wide and contact multiple doctors. Base your decision on their reputation, documented results and the 'feel' you get for them.

I agree that Rooney does not have a great HT and that alone would push me to looking elsewhere. Seems like good advice from that Matt guy about casting your net wide and speaking to multiple clinics if you ask me.
