Hi Lads,

Just wondering did anyone hear of any new break through technologies or Techniques in relation to HT's. I havn't read anything interesting in awhile

It may sound stupid but I'v often wondered would it be possible to plant grafts into a strip scar immediately after it has been stitched up?*nl

Also curious to know if there is any sign of Fue Prices falling in the near future?

Usually most clinics advise against grafting around a suture line or staples immediately post operatively. However I have seen the use of ACell injections directly around a suture line. And apparently it may have properties that may decrease scarring potential.

Outside of that, regular grafting into a scar just after a strip excision isn't common.

There are some new techniques but I agree with hairtech that most clinic advise against grafting around a suture line but you can just hit with any questions, I may sound stupid but it's always good to know about everything you have in mind especially when one pays so much for HT.
