newbie here needs some advice

Hey guys, i am considering a hair transplant, and wanted to see what are the best options out right now! Also, which surgeons would you guys recommend. (I live in PA, so someone close by would be preferred.) Also, is it true that most people will need a 2nd procedure due to shock loss?

There are quite a few in New York (short flight) and I believe Dr Vogel in Baltimore does good work but you`ll need to research him yourself.
What is your hair loss situation?
Options are FUE or FUT.
Option are medications, Finasteride and Minoxidil.
Shock loss is usually temporary or may not happen at all.
A second surgery depends on your hair loss, what you want to achieve etc.
