Post hair transplant - going out in daylight

Hi,
It's clear to me that direct sun exposure is bad after a hair transplant,
but it's unclear what exactly is considered "direct" and what is not.

For example, if I drive a car at noon (on day 12) on a cloudy day, with very little - to zero sunlight, is it still bad for the hair transplant?
Can someone please provide one example that is considered "direct" exposure and another one that is considered "indirect"?

Avoid direct sunlight where your skin could become burned. I was provided with a hat by Farjo to wear for the first few days, after which I wore a cap. I would class going out on a cloudy day as indirect and did not worry about that.
