Hi all,
Super paranoid about washing as theres lots of different advice. My clinic instructed to do a NO contact hair wash days 3 and 4 then the 1st contact wash from days 5 to 10. However I'm super nervous about touching the transplant area when most advice is don't touch for 10 days.
I tried light circular motions on the scabs today using fingertips (as instructed by clinic) when washing but I stopped due to paranoia of killing or losing grafts. This is my head now after my 1st contact wash. Whats everyones thoughts on when to touch wash and should I stop doing it? Would I know if I damaged any grafts by touch washing today?
