Problems with popping out of previously transplanted grafts during the transplanting of a new graft

If a patient's skin characteristics leads to popping of the grafts during surgery are there any tricks or approaches that can help with this and does it make surgery times considerably longer?........if so could this make mega sessions very difficult?

OMG we had this exact problem today. Very slow. Sometimes a simple 2000 graft case that on average in our experienced clinic will be completed by 3pm can add 3+ more hours to a case that is popping, excessive bleeding, or even "sticky" grafts.'''h;h;;h
