Question about Op,. 4250 graft

Hi. Not long back from an FUE In Istanbul. I've got no complaint about the clinic as such, just not done maybe as much as I expected. WhatsApps with the clinic before hand were a bit sketchy. I was told could have 1 session with full coverage and less density, or spread out over 2 sessions. And now,. After a week of hell, swollen head, itchy, not left house for a week ,. I really don't want to go back again due to the sheer inconvenience of the op. I've had 4250 grafts, and that's covered the back and a tiny bit at the front. I'm still balding slowly in the middle , so was told would need to return in the future. I see a lot on Google where they've had full coverage. Am I expecting too much? Or is that a reasonable op? Thanks

Do you have more clear pictures? Some before ones too. On this picture your frontal third looks quite bare, nearly bald. It is a strategy I`d not have chose.
Are you on a hair loss med regimen?

I'd say you'll get a reasonable coverage on the crown and a more compete hairline.

It's more common to have the front third and mid scalp or vertex done if you'd planned 2 surgeries.

I'm sure you'll get a significant aesthetic improvement but I suspect the lack of density across the hairline will mean you'll need to get that second procedure done before it starts to look the way you're likely to want it.
