Realistically how long before we have a hair loss cure

Are there any breakthroughs with documented studies to give us some hope that a cure is on the way?

I looked at this which appears to have had some success.

Any thoughts?

Not in our lifetime.

The best treatment Minoxidil and Rogaine were both available over 25yrs ago. Whats been better since then?

I personally think the best cure to date is actually Hairtransplantation (with a reputable clinic), the limited donor is the biggest problem and if we had a greater supply then yes the cure would be found......but as Coopman says, highly doubtful unfortunately::;mb
