Red itchy scalp

My scalp is red, itchy and sore. some parts I scratch are raised lumps or spots that bleed. Do you think it might be seborrheic dermatitis? You can see how red it is in these close ups. I get bad dandruff even though I use an anti dandruff shampoo.
Thoughts please?

It looks like you may have some inflammation on your scalp.
What shampoo are you using?
A good all natural anti dandruff or anti hair thinning shampoo should help.
You could also try Nizoral.

I use Pantene or whatever my partner buys. Could it be the shampoo causing this and if it is do you recommend a good natural shampoo that will help? I’ll buy some of the nizoral and give it a go.

Hi Chastigo. I use pura d’ or gold label shampoo which is all natural ingredients.
It works great for me in clearing up dandruff, plus it leaves my scalp and hair in great condition.

I can honestly say this shampoo is the best. No more itching, redness, dandruff. My hair feels and looks great. Thank you for recommending it.
