This is a 36-year-old patient with empty forehead and some thin hair on top with Good Donor.
He wanted to fill up the front and top area with good density. Since the patient is 36 years old and with potential hair loss to NW Class 4, HDC and Dr Maras decided to go for high density. So, we placed 4000 grafts in the area indicated below.
These grafts were placed so that we give an irregular hairline to avoid straight line, were place in the correct direction and pattern so that the hair will be combed nicely when they grow longer, as you can see the result photos.
It is also useful to say that the patient started Minoxidil and Propecia and IPRF one month after surgery.
We can see that the transplanted area resulted to be very dense and also the thinning area on behind the transplanted one, has also become denser due to hair loss treatment.
We have noticed that patients who combine their Hair Transplantation with Hair loss treatment can have better results especially if they have some thinning hair on their head. For completely bald scalps the effect is less.
