Scalp micropigmentation removal

I had semi permanent SMP 3 years ago to add density to my thinning hair, It looked great the first year, but faded out the 2nd year. My hair was salt and pepper at the time, now it is 80% salt. I have been dying my hair with the just for men brand which does not hold the color long. Recently looking in the mirror I noticed the ink turned blue and migrated to create patches of ink.
I am wanting to get the ink removed and wanted to ask what is the safest option available? I looked into laser but there is a risk it will destroy my hair, that is something I do not want to happen.
Is there anything that anyone has had success with?
I am attaching pictures that show the concerns I have.

It does look as though the ink has spread. I can’t make out if the I kind black or blue.

The ink has turned a blueish color. There is sporadic patches like this across my scalp. Do you think I will be able to have it lasered off?

The ink has migrated. They may have went too deep or too much ink was used. With it being in existing hair the laser has a risk of damaging or destroying the follicles. How high a risk I’m not sure.
If it’s pretty well hidden amongst your hair I would leave it as and hope it fades away.
Continuing to colour your hair will help conceal it.

Until I can find a solution I will continue to color my hair. Do you think the chemicals in the hair dye could be the reason the ink changed color?
