Sedatives during Hair Transplant

Considering a hair transplant but concerned about the op itself as not great with needles, etc.

Think I'd be able to cope but would like to be as sedated as possible.

Are there any specific sedatives I should be requesting to make the process as manageable as possible?

Most if not all clinics will provide you with Valium. Once relaxed they will begin the numbing injections. Some clinics will use a vibrating device to distract you from the needle being inserted, it works well.
Never take your Valium before you`ve had your pre op chat with the doctor or signing anything.
