Semon - 4000+ FUHT grafts (10 months update)

Patient nicknamed Simon underwent a FUHT grafts procedure 10 months ago. 4000 grafts were placed to fill the crown & the vertex area. He is happy with the progress so far.

I cant see 4000 grafts growing in the crown. This patient has curly hair and with sucsessful 4000 graft that customer did have chance to have perfect result but this... i dont see it even close to a good result.
The only thing that might save this case is months between 10-17 if hes hair quality changes dramatically thicker and...

Madrid, the grafts are in the crown and the vertex, nearly the whole of his head has grafts planted so imo this is a good result as the patient has got great coverage. It still has time to mature also.

I know the whole head has grafts planted, but we are talking about 4000 grafts and do we see them growing?

These are the pictures i looked at, i can see plenty of growth even though the patient has curly hair. Maybe V or Dr Arvind can confirm if the patient is taking meds as he may be losing native hair but he is only at 10 months so i would say he needs a few more months to see how it will turn out.

I think this is a nice result as well. Fairly even density throughout the whole scalp. The graft/hair breakdown is not disclosed on this case, however, generally speaking, patients of Asian dissent tend to have less hairs per graft ratio. In fact, often times there are miniaturized or telogen hairs present in the donor supply. A large recipient area was addressed and it's difficult to get full, dense coverage on a diffuse thinner. I'm sure the patient was informed on the type of density he can expect for the number of grafts used. For this type of case, I believe he achieved expected results.
