Shampoo post HT, important questions

Hello I would like to inquire to have a clear consensus: on FUE post-operative shampoos. D3,D4? What technique the first week, the second week? Warm water before applying the shampoo foam, foam how long without massaging, then how long to massage, how to massage the first days / then, how long to rinse, how to dry?


I see so many different versions and sources... Including that of my clinic

You should follow the instructions that your clinic provides in the post-op after care.
Clinics do vary greatly in what they advise.
I washed my day everyday after my surgery with SMG. I poured lukewarm water from a cup to wet my hair. Then lathered the shampoo in my hand and gently dabbed it on. Let it sit for a a minute or two. Then rinsed it off with lukewarm water poured from cup.
At day 5 I would gently massage the shampoo on. Day 7 - 8 - 9 I’m massaging firmer. Day 10 I’m massaging quite firmly to remove scabs after letting the shampoo soak on my head for 5 minutes or so.
What did your clinic advise?
