Sun bed and Hair Dye

Three months post hair transplant at Spammer in Turkey. Shock loss of original hairs has stopped and waiting for new hairs to come. Clinic has told me I can't use a sun bed or dye hair until after 6 months. I do appreciate caution but wondering if I can do both now on the basis of:
1. Sun bed session once a week for only 5 minutes and with my hair covered.
2. Peroxide/Amminia free semi permanent hair dye used


Anyone have any thoughts?

5 minutes on a subbed will not benefit you. Do a test patch with the dye.

I think that you'd best check with the clinic. They performed the surgery so they are in the best position to advise you. Sorry if that's not what you want to hear.
