Sunburn after a hair transplant

It's been a little over 4 months since I had my hair transplant, last week on vacation I got sunburnt while walking around. Stupid I know but I completely forgot to top up on suntan cream. My head, especially the crown was sore and very tight for several days. I'm now concerned I may have damaged the grafts or stunted the growth.
Do you think my grafts will be ok?

The follicles will be safe and secure under your scalp at four months, the sunburn will not have any impact on the growth or result. Aloe Vera gel is a good soothing agent and helps the skin to recover.

Sunburn is not good for you on any part of the body because of ageing and skin cancer risks, so try to be more careful in the future.

Cool; I was worried sick I'd damaged them, definitely won't be so forgetful in future. Thanks for putting me at ease.

Are there any special shampoos for sunburn? My scalp is peeling like crazy; if I scratch it, huge flakes are wverywhere which looks terrible.
