As per the subject title, which type of loss ages a man more, hair loss in the front of the head or at the back?

I think the loss in the front is more aging since anyone who sees you can notice the recession. The crown loss is easier to hide with toppiks or other camo products. One can also see the loss staring back at you when looking in the mirror. We tend to find patients taking care of the front more often than the crown. Hairlines are the priority.

If I had, had crown loss I really don't think I would of rushed into getting an HT with the worst clinic in the UK at 22, I wish it had been my crown.

Definitely the front. When i have had a crew cut exposing my temporal recession. In particular girls have commented it makes me look older.

I can not frame my face very well with my hair 6mm or less on top. However i wear my hair at about 50-60mm and it provides a reasonable framing of the face.

Having got older im almost 37. The crown area does not concern myself as it did 15 yrs ago and i certainly wont be wasting my hair graft donor having the perfect crown.

Always the front. The crown recession can be hard to notice. Unless you are specifically looking for it.
Although I almost never noticed people having a bad hairline either or the front or crown. I started noticing other receded only why I started to go bald myself.

The front is the worst, however if someone see's you from behind a big balding crown makes them presume you are old before they see your face.
