Hi ive done alot of reading and alot of researching on fue, the two clinics ive been in touch with are Harley Street Hair Clinic and BHR, they both have told me to go on propecia for upto 6months and get back to them after that,Im just wondering what clinic is best, the results on both websites are really good and impressive.

What's with these "take propecia" advices, doesn't it come to their mind that some of us don't want to risk to screw up their sex drive and or grow boobs?

I didn't experience those side effects from propecia but I got them from a drug that played on hormones so it's safe to say that I would have had the same sides if I took finasteride.

I think the BHR is the best, from their reputation and results, but also their high prices.

Take a look at my signature, I'm currently in the research phase just like you.

I have an appointment at the prohairclinic in january :).

Beware, saw palmetto can have exactly the same sides as finasteride, they both inhibit 5a reductase, so they basically do the same thing, SP is just milder.

As long as you know there are possible side effects it's up to you to decide if you wish to try it.

My mate can't take Penicilin as he is allergic to it, it will kill him but that does not mean it is bad, just everyone is different in the way they react to meds.

Ive seen a couple of good results from the harley street clinic so things are difinately looking up for those that want to stay in the uk for their HT.

I went with bhr twice after much research and im very happy with the results. For me stip just wasnt an option.

Hello,
I had consulted Dr. Ray Woods for hair transplant and he did a wonderful job. I was so reluctant in opting for a hair transplant surgery as I didn't really trust any doctor for that but Dr. Ray Woods really proved my perception wrong as he gave me a completely new life by getting my hair transplant surgery done in a miraculous manner.

Hi marble welcome to the forum, glad you had a good result with Dr Woods and It would be cool if you started your own thread documenting this so we can have a read.

Warm wishes

You could've been advised to try Propecia first due to being young and having a very aggressive rate of hair loss. The doctor may have thought it was best to stabilise the hair loss first.

Obviously I'm speculating here, but that's one reason why patients are told that and it's a valid reason.

Grow boobs?

Most people don't have sides, I had zero sides and most of the people I know have no sides either.
The people who have problems are the people who write about it online, if you don't have problems you don't tend to write anything.

I'm allergic to Penicilin aswell although I don't know whether it would kill me or not.

Hi everyone, thanks for the replies, I've also been in touch with prohairclinic aswel, but that was only a online consultation. The results I've seen from on here recently have been top notch, I was on there website and I noticed a medication there selling keratene retard which they is like propecia but has No side effects. Has anyone heard of it or better has tried it.
