I saw the same guy 2 days ago, he just seems to get on with it, but who knows how he really feels about it, or what other staff are saying about him behind his back, pretty sure he is a manager as well.

I have seen many people over the years in public and thought hey I could just approach them but I never do. The one thing I clung onto as someone who walked around with a fairly obvious HT was that I honestly thought that people didn't know because no one said anything, it was the only thing that kept me going, if someone had of approached me it would have mortified me, I guess if someone was trying to help then that might have been ok but the realization that other people could spot it as a poor ht would have made me shrink to about 2 inches tall.

It is difficult because I think some people don't realize that there is hope for them now.

It has been my experience that if you approach someone and they are familiar with your expertise they appreciate the advice greatly. In this case maybe one €™s expertise would need to be explained through words and pictures. Maybe pull out a picture from you back pocket show the person and say believe it or not that was me once but I was able to make a drastic improvement. With this type of approach I believe most would be very receptive to listening to what you might have to say.

It would be like Warren Buffett or someone similar approaching you to offer investment advice, it would probably make your day.
