What is the risk to existing hair that has signs of miniaturization ?

Can they be permanently damaged or destroyed ?

If Propecia has stabilized them are they still at risk ?

I see you found a useful thread that helped. I’ll briefly answer here.
Making incisions next to miniaturised hairs does pose a risk. An inexperienced person can cause more damage. Not using magnification will raise te risk factor too. They can be permanently damaged. If you have miniturisation it is usually advised that you take hair loss meds to strengthen these hairs prior to surgery. However, nothing can be guaranteed.
