Tricho with hair transplants

Hi guys I've had 3 hair transplants
Left me with 2 scars and poorly angled hair
Just want advice on my opinions
1st - want my scars fixed the best I can with beard grafts
Then
cut my hair say a number 1 clipper all over or a zero as I've had enough of trying to style my poorly angled transplants
Then
Have smp or tricho into areas that are thin,and into scars to maximize coverage
I was thinking of having another hair transplant but after 3 already and also the poorly angled hair still being there it will just cause me more problems
Questions
As I'm fair skinned will tricho or smp look good on me
Also I dont want tricho in front of my hairline,so just have behind
Is my hairline natural looking and mature looking

If your planning on a grade one then the tricopigmentation or SMP alone won't disguise the scars loads bud so yeah you will likely need FUE into them like you suggested.....however if your content on grade zero then the SMP would help disguise the scars considerably but the issue then would be you would be committing to it being that short all the time to look it's best and most natural.

As for the question of fair skin you will likely be shocked and a little taken aback at first with the shortness and the look but once you and others get used to it then it wouldn't be an issue.....personally I think fair skinned people with SMP look best with some facial hair whether it be a stubble, a goatee or a beard at least until you and everyone gets used to it.

If your having the scars done I've seen some quality work from Damon Ashcroft...

Hes pretty fair skinned too and his SMP looks ace imo.

Yeah I agree with u
Also smp or tricho only looks good if u have a good beard or good stubble to go with it
It kind of takes the eyes off the hairline when u have facial hair

Your hair looks decent in the last pic. You are doing well to style it giving the angulation of the grafts.

You have alot of hair still on top, smp could be a good option. Just be mindful that smp will require maintenance. In a similar position in terms of previous Hts and considering my options. Put off the smp route because of the routine maintenance sessions

Yeah the last pic is of careful styling,
After a couple of hrs my hair starts to stick upwards again
Yeah that's what works me regards to matanience, dont want the worry when I'm 60 yrs old etc
I just want to shave off or fix up and move on with my life

Lucky enigh I had a decent 2nd OP. The first one the angulation was poor. I found the correctly placed grafts on the 2nd op helped control the angulation of the ones from the first.

Also had a couple of hundred grafts put into the scar which really broke it up.

My pattern would be NW6. Crown needs work now if I want to keep trying to chase my loses.

I think someone like Bisanga could take a small amount of grafts to break up your scars and give you enough density to pull off a buzz cut without smp. Could be as economical on you in the long run. Mwamba seems to do great work for scars and donor homogeneousing also.

Probably hard on you mentally to face into another HT
