Hi all,

This gentleman, who doesn't have male pattern hair loss, sought to address a lifelong high hairline issue for personal reasons. We delivered a result that exceeded his expectations using an unshaven FUE technique (UFUE). We precisely transplanted 1562 grafts (3582 hairs) to his frontal area, crafting a more balanced and aesthetic hairline which suited his facial proportions well, using the finest single hairs from his donor to achieve a very natural looking hairline. Whilst this is not a "traditional" male hairline design, the final result was achieved through a collaborative effort between the patient's own personal vision and our surgeon's expertise to ensure realistic expectations were met.

Details:
Patient 33 years old
Frontal third and light crown
UFUE 1562 FU
Total hairs 3582

Here's his 12 month review photos:

A lifelong hairline issue? the patient is only 33 years old. and he was NW2, so not a big issue also, it is all relative you know

An interesting hairline design, though if it was seriously bothering him then fair enough. Nice result overall.

patient is still young, which hair loss treatment did the clinic recommend?

Hi Tom, our patient has no family history of hair loss and has no miniaturisation present under trichoscope. He has been very self conscious of his natural hairline for over 10 years and decided to address this finally as he works in the entertainment sector. He’ll likely have periodic reviews with our registered trichologist to check his hair health as most of our patients do.

It is a good approach to have periodic reviews. It is almost guaranteed his hair loss will progress in time and he is still young.
