What percentage of patients are happy with their transplant outdoors?

This is really bothering me and stopping me from having a transplant. I spend a lot of time outdoors due to my work, so i would like to know how many people are happy with the look of their transplant outside. Does it really make that much difference to the result in daylight and does it look thin and transparent outdoors?

I'm happy with mine, any strong lighting natural or not will make your hair look thinner.

I have to agree with BM on this , am out everyday and to be honest I tend not to even think about it these days however results from the surgery is important as well.

Mine is pretty see through in daylight, even worse on sunny days, but obviously this is due to density....I have only had 1 session so its pretty obvious this can be improved with more work. Multiple sessions = less transparency considering donor limit

Wet hair is another issue for me in public so that's something else to consider also and not just daylight

It depends on your personal circumstances, hair characteristics, amount of grafts, size of area covered, density, hair colour, and styling. I had 3000 grafts to cover the frontal third, the area was thin, not bald... I would say I`m happy as my expectations were realistic, I knew via plenty of research what could be achieved.
Only patients with minor loss can get near their original density, the rest of us make the best of it... with careful styling you can look and feel good.
