What to Expect of a Clinic in the Event of a Unsatisfactory Result

I had a ht in April last year. I am not over the moon with the result.
I sent an email to the clinic outlining what I am unhappy about. They asked for pictures - which I sent. They then asked for more pictures. I waited until the 1 year anniversary and then sent the requested pictures. They emailed me back telling me how many grafts they think I need - 2500-3000(!) And the price! The standard price. In other words, if I want it fixed, I need to pay again.

The clinic in question offers "guaranteed results". That is why I am surprised by their response.It seems that the guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on.

What I'm trying to find out here is what I should realistically expect from the clinic.

Any advice/opinions would be much appreciated.

LSK. Could you add some before pictures and your final 12 months. You may be losing more native hair as the transplanted hair grows, thus having a cancellation effect. Need to know if you're using medications to keep your remaining hair.
