When did everyones transplanted hairs fall out post surgery? Did anyone here retain any hairs?

It's usually ten to fourteen days for the hairs to shed, on rare occasions some patients can experience the hairs not to shed.

It does vary but usually it is between 2-4 weeks, there will be occasions when some of the transplanted hair does stay. I would say I retained a small proportion of hair from my last transplant but as for how much is so difficult to say.
In experience most patients are too gentle when washing the recipient area which is why their hairs are hanging around longer than others.

Every clinic will give you guidelines as to their protocols and you should follow as it is them you have given your trust to.
