When is the right time to get a hair transplant?

Ok so i want to get a hair transplant but id prefer to do it in a way that means my hair looks fine but also reduces how many more transplants i might need. Originally i was going to get a full transplant to get a full hairline back. But i think getting to a decent point that i can keep might be good enough.

I really want to improve myself. So i been going to the gym, But that is totally destroying my hairline. it feels like a matter of time before i take a huge hit and im already struggling to style my hair as it is

I can't use finasteride or minoxidil because they really increase the receding and give me scalp inflammation. so transplant is my only choice to be happy with myself :(. which is obviously not what id have preferred but here we are :(

My question is. what point in the receding process should i get a transplant? to minimize how many i would need.

How old are you?
Right time is when the paitent reaching NW3 which seems your case.

We need to have measurements for your hairline, but roughly I would say around 2500-3000 grafts for your frontal area.

Remember to choose your hairline before asking for graft numbers.

Im 37. I have never heard of gene therapy.

Hairline wise. Im probably at the point where i don't need a full hairline, but at least a thick point that can be coverage but doesn't look too obvious that i had a transplant

Id also prefer to reduce the amount of transplants id need.

37 is a right age bt if you have a surgery and thn you don't be on medication and if your hairloss is not stabilised yet thn you may loose existing hair and again ths issue would arise...so if you dont want to be on medication thn wait for the hairloss to get stabilised ....and if it is stabilised thn you can go on with a surgery and if you choose a conservative hairline thn i guess you will need something around 2.5k grafts to match the density of your existing grafts in mid scalp ...

I have very limited options. i tried minoxidil and finasteride and they made my scalp inflamed and recede so much faster. And it wasn't a shed either, it was just receding even faster than normal. infact my body took 2 years to heal from whatever they were doing to my body. This is all a last option for me.
