This made me laugh so loudly when I read it and shows just how clueless the press are. Yes hes opened up about having a HT but if they believe this is the result they are clueless unless it was a complete failure as it looks the same to me just styled differently.

I have to agree with you about the press, they do no research for themselves and usually just repeat what someone else has written. They are pretty clueless. On another note, I actually know his agent;)

Totally agree... Some of the articles that I`ve read are incorrect.

I saw him on tv the other day with his hair definitely looking fuller and a better hairline. Does anyone know who did his transplant?

His hairline looks very good, very natural. Sometimes the way he styles it doesn`t show it at its best. I enjoy watching him on tv, very funny guy.

The Daily Mail mentioned Jimmy`s hair transplant and talk with Gabby Logan 2 days ago.

Jimmy said this about Dr Ball.
"The hair thing, I really researched it, I came up with Edward Ball at the Maitland Clinic down in Portsmouth. I went to all the places in Harley Street.
You go in there, front of the office is immaculate and the most charming guy is selling it, the guy who is selling it has got good hair.
Then you meet the doctor who is doing it is a GP from somewhere who wants to make a few quid and goes, "I’ll do it."
No, you need a plastic surgeon who is qualified to do it. The guy I used is a plastic surgeon and has an aesthetic thing".

Jimmy hit the nail on the head with his comment about some GP wanting to make a few extra quid on the side doing hair transplants....Why would anyone use someone who does not specialise in hair restoration?

You can see the difference in his hairline when he styles it differently from his trademark image.

His hair definitely looks a lot better. It`s good to hear he saw through the clinics that offer hair transplants as a sideline to earn some extra cash.

His hair looks very good - I still find it strange seeing pictures as his previous look was quite iconic but it's definitely better now!

According to the press today Paddy Mcguiness his close friend has asked Jimmy Carr for Dr Balls number....if theres any truth in the article that would be interesting to follow.

That would be interesting as Paddy has a thinning crown that he covers with concealer.
