The grafts do look uniform, in straight rows. It will probably look ok once it has grown in because you still have native hair surrounding the transplanted grafts. Your loss pattern looks diffuse. Are you on any hair loss prevention regimen?

no i'm not on medication i plan on getting multiple ht's i really don't want to go on medication for the rest of my life just some vitamins and maybe dht blocking shampoos, kept at the same level or very very slightly lowered, can you explain to me the straight rows in detail if there's no annoyance?

Without medication your hair loss could progress to a high Norwood level and your donor area can thin out. As long as you know these risks and accept them, then it’s your decision.
Grafts should be placed in a random pattern to mimic nature. Our hair does not grow in straight rows.

if i have to get it fixed will i have to only fix the hairline or the entire thing? and one more thing i apologize, i feel like the hair looks very thick is that normal? like a stone or something

I can’t tell what your grafts/hairs look like in diameter. The hairline should be 2-3 rows of singles, with finer ones at the front to create a soft natural look. All you can do now is wait to see how it looks once grown out. If you’re not happy, you may need another surgery to refine the hairline.

thanks a lot last two things i really apologize if i'm being annoying
1-that's an old picture i was just concerned the hair is not grown yet i believe its been around 110 days only the hairline is grown is that normal? i feel some hairs are popping out but the hairline is almost fully grown and the rest is still not there
2-there are some white things under a good portion of some of the frontal transplanted hairs like white circles that kind of feel like pimples is that normal and does it go away?

Could you add pictures to show the white circles? 110 days is very early. Lots of patients don’t see any growth at this stage. You need to be patient and wait it out.

That just looks like the hairs breaking through the skin and you might have a little bit of dead tissue. Nothing to worry about.

thank you so much if i can i'm really sorry last question i forgot to ask it, is it okay to use body hairs in between for example donor hairs and maybe in between the hair on top as well to make it a bit thicker? the hair above my knee grows very long just like my normal hair

You won’t find many clinics will to use leg or arm hair. I believe Dr Umar is one who does. You can check out his website. Beard, then chest hair is the preferred body hair.

i believe hlc in turkey do not 100% sure, the problem with beard hair is the scarring.

Darker skin tones are at risk of scarring being more visible but grafts taken from under the chin usually heal very well.
I wasn’t aware that HLC used leg hair.

but i believe if it's between donor hair it wouldn't really be bad even if the hairs are not good right? it's just one hair between every five to hide a thin spot or replace an extracted graft.

If a clinic is willing to use this hair and you’re happy with it, then it can be used as a filler.
As we age, we can lose leg hair too. Therefore, it’s a risk that you have to decide if it’s worth taking.
The growth cycles of body hairs are different from the hairs on your head, they will also be thinner and only grow the same length as they did on your legs.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Quite a few clinics offer BH. How they use it and when is really down to their protocols. I do not understand your question. If what is news to me that a specific clinic does body hair? I do not check each clinic but it has become quite normal now to offer. How many cases they do you will need to talk to them personally, along with seeing grown out results, donor and recipient areas.
