The Hair Dr recent results?

I've been following the forum for a while and in particular threads of members who have been to this clinic for their transplants, as they were on my shortlist.

It seems that the majority of recent cases have had unsatisfactory results, requiring "top-ups" and second surgeries.

Have any representatives from the clinic addressed why this seems to be happening so frequently?

Give them a call, they’re very open with how they approach HTs and the many variables that come along with it.

I would always suggest that most people who are unhappy with a procedure will be more likely to post that someone whom is happy.

I’m 7 weeks in after my procedure with the Hair Dr. Not a great deal to post on to be honest (in terms of progress), but I will highlight their pre and aftercare service has so far been exemplary.

Well no, because these are threads people started before the transplant and results took place. So your theory of bias of unhappy patients posting is nonsense.

Perhaps you’ve misunderstood what I was trying to say. (Rather than dismissing my comment as nonsense).

My suggestion is that people whom are unhappy with a product (HT or not) are more likely to post on a public forum than those who are happy with a product.

I followed 4 threads from their beginning, to watch their progress, since I was interested in the hair dr myself.

All 4 had bad results months later and require more surgery.

These people are posting from day 1 of the transplant, it wasn't possible to be happy or unhappy at that stage, they made a thread to document progress.

Show me a good result in the last 12 months posted on here, I've seen none.

Hi Tazza. What’s your current hair loss situation? Have you any pictures you could share?
