Hair transplant or Hair Lowering Surgery

Hi everyone, I need some help. I have been researching transplants, but have been turned down by one company because my muscles are too close to my hairline and it will look unnatural (when I move my forehead the hair will move) Another says, I can only do one centimeter of grafts. I am unsure who to trust. I was also researching hairline lowering surgery, but am unsure if this will also look unnatural due to the proximity of the muscles and the scar? Any feedback? Thank you

At what height is your hairline? Are you male or female? Placing grafts too close can cause damage to the nerves and blood vessels that supply the frontalis muscle. This can result in temporary or permanent weakening of the muscle. Your eyebrows could be effected. The transplanted hair could move when you frown.
