12hr post FUE... hairline has gaps

Hi, I had FUE (2200) 12 hours ago. I notice gaps in the new hairline (see pic). Is this intentional to help create a natural look, or poor placing by the surgeon?

Looks neat work . Yeah the staggered hairline is to give off a natural approach... nothing to worry about at all .
2000 grafts into that area should give you a lovely result .
do you have any pre op photos ? Maybe some of your donor would great to see?

This is pre and post... wasn’t thinning too bad yet and I had some SMP on my hairline a couple of years (so looks a little better than it was... shaved for the treatment). Was looking for a subtle improve on M shaped hairline and proactively address the beginnings of hair loss in the middle. Next my crown needs some proactive work. The doc said to focus this 2k on the front alone this time to maximize the result.

Who was the Dr?

I suspect the gaps are there to make the hairline look less symmetrical and more natural. I think It will look less noticeable when it grows.

Natural hairlines are never perfect and have irregularities so wouldn’t be too worried.

......Unless someone more knowledgeable disagrees? (I’m no expert so could be wrong)

hoping maybe once the redness goes down and hair grows a little it will not be noticeable.

I think it will look fine once grown out. Lots of hairlines have little irregularities and peaks. The placement looks good. Your donor looks good. Everything looks to be healing very quickly for you.
You suit the buzzed look.
I took a quick look at the doctors website (Advanced Hair Restoration) The hairlines look decent on the before and after pictures. Assuming you have no problems with growth it should be a good result in 12 months.

I think it will look great. Perfectly straight hairlines look unnatural, so unless you want everyone to know you had a HT, they are best avoided.

Looks like you might have a bit of swelling coming your way - your forehead appears quite swollen. My swelling dropped into my eyes and I could hardly see for a few days.
