Progress wise it is growing quick so I see no reason why it won’t continue. I’m thinking by month 7 you’ll be happy, let’s see if I’m right.

Month 6 Update
Hi Guys, so been about 6 months now since touch up transplant, this is current state of growth!
Donor area has grown back fine, no sign of extractions etc, nice and full.
Hairline has grown in more and thickened, looks alot fuller especially on the left side than after the first transplant,
hairline on right side is nice and defined, left side looks a little patchy though still?
Overall, much better progress than first transplant, 6 months to go till final result.

Looks very good for 6 months. Imagine how good it will look in another 6 months. Your donor area looks fantastic too!! Really pleased for you.

The density is looking good. Both sides should even out in the next few months. Donor looks good at that length. I see your nape/neck hair grows at different angles. Mine is the same. I have hairs that grow upwards. Another 6 months to go but everything seems to be positive so far.

10 Month Update - Post Op Touch Up Transplant!
Hi Everyone, about 10 months post touch up now so here is an update, not much change in last couple months so I'd expect current growth is what it'll be like after the full 12 months.
Density behind the hairline has filled in well, especially on the left side. It's a massive improvement from before the Touch Up, but I still feel the hairline is a little patchy at the front?, especially one section on the left side just next to the multi graft in the hairline? I feel like I'm 85 - 90% there with how I wanted the final outcome.... so close!

I think it looks pretty good. You're probably over thinking it as u know it's there but I wouldn't of noticed it

I think this looks very natural @theshape1122 and it would be hard to tell that you’ve had a HT. I think it could still thicken up somewhat too.
Your donor area looks good too.
I guess the reality of HTs is that a surgeon can only move a limited amount of grafts so it is never going to be like a full head of hair, so expectations a key.

At 10 months it looks good. You may still get some improvement in the following months but right now I think most people would be happy with your hairline. Not all hairlines have an even density across the full length of it. Slight imperfections are quite normal and natural. The area you marked out would benefit from a small number of grafts to camouflage the few multis there. Maybe Dr Arshad will put 20 or so there at a later date.
Other than that, I’d say your good to go.

The touch up was meant to have singles put around the multi graft to camoflage it but it doesnt seem to of been the case really as its still prominant on the front, I think it would of been better to of removed it and placed further back behind the hairline since its a nice healthy triple graft!

I would pluck it out for now if it bothers you. One or two whilst not perfect is manageable easy enough.
