This 24 years old patient, come to consultation with a non-stable alopecia, so we first advise about medication (finasteride). 6 months later, once the stability was achieved, we planned a procedure to restore his frontal hairline. He asked for a very straight design. One year after having med €™s, we implanted 1551 grafts (3915 hairs; 2.52 hair per graft; 50 a 57 microns of hair; 0.8 mm punch; 138 FU1/578 FU2/ 725 FU3/ 104 FU4/6 FU5).

Have to agree with BN on this , you guys have been highly professional as expected with this young man especially with him been so young , the Finasteride should stabilize any further loss and that is a really conservative amounts of grafts placed as well

The work looks good but I'm not a big fan of the straight hairline with that low debsity.
