Hi, I am two months after the hair transplant, everything has fallen out, single hairs are growing, more on the right side. Left side almost nothing. I am taking general vitamins, not using minoxidil and finasteride, waiting for the test results and maybe to start. Is it normal that there is almost nothing now? do you have any advice I want it to be the best and I am still thinking what to do to help myself, thank you for the advice.

Most patients experience no growth at 2 months. Usually, growth begins at 3-6 months. If you`re feeling spiky stubbly hairs in a once bald area then you will e having early growth of the transplanted grafts.
It`s very common for one side to grow in quicker. They will even out at some point.
All you need to do is be patient and wait.

I`m not sure regarding directly from the plant. You may need to ask your doctor for their opinion. Ready made aloe sprays are cheap to purchase.

Its normal to loose hair in the first 3 months. Its part of the process and It will grow back later on. Try to use products rich in biotin it will help
