Hello ladies and gents,
I am now really serious about having a HT done. I have been losing hair since about 20 (so 7 years now) I haven't got much left on top and its really affecting my confidence as I don't look as good as I used to.
Now I have been researching the last few weeks mainly via this forum and other reviews and believe the best option is either to fly to Istanbul and have it there, or stay in the UK and pay the extra money. I so far have decided to check out Dr. Ball and Dr. Ziering. I will aim to book a consultation with both of them.
I believe I am looking at at least 4000 plants as I am a norwood 5 going on 6. How much am I looking at realistically price wise? would I need another hair transplant with such a hair loss? Do UK surgeons perform up to par with those that are will reputable in Turkey?
Thanks for reading and hopefully will get some answers.

Hi Aj,
With you losing a lot of hair at a young age clinics will have a cautious approach to offering you a hair transplant. They will want to know your hair loss has stabilized, family history of hair loss, check out your donor supply and possibly suggest you take preventative meds such as Finasteride.
Consult with a few clinics to get their advice on your situation.
Take a look at Fred's post on this link and look at the approach he took.
