2700 FUE graft done yesterday! Some questions regarding the density of my FUE transplant results.

yes I agree the donor looks like a lot was harvested, I don't personally think it was the best choice to add more than 1 graft per incision, it's not the best way to create the illusion of density, which is what hair transplantation is all about.

To create a thin density over a large area I would say the grafts would be best utilised if they were not paired up. Pairing works best when the patient has an existing decent hair density.
