This 42 years-old patient is without medication but has a stable alopecia. Se planned a 2 steps repair with a conservative hairline. The white hair always seems a better optical coverage, so let us to save follicular units. In the first procedure we insert 2601 graft (2767 hairs; 2.21 hair per graft; 41-55 microns of hair; 0.9 mm punch; 473FU1/ 1329FU2/ 725FU3/ 67FU4/ 2FU5). After one year we carried out the second procedure for the crown with 2101 grafts (4564 hairs; 2.17 hair per graft; 0.9 mm punch; 336FU1/ 1117FU2/ 601FU3/ 44FU4/ 3FU5).
