This 47 years old patient has been in medical treatment (finast) the last 10 years, and comes to our clinic with conservative objectives. We planned 2 surgeries as usual to achieve enough coverage in all areas. In the first procedure we grafted 3505 FU €™s (7114 hairs, 2.02 hairs/graft; 55 microns of hair; 0.8 mm punch; 745UF1/ 1954UF2/ 763UF3/ 43UF4). After 4.5 months we carried out the second procedure in crown, and do a more agresive design of the frontal hairline due to the willing of the patient, 2601 graft (5968 hairs; 2.3 hairs/graft; 0.80-0.9 mm punch; 290UF1 / 1374UF2/ 826UF3/ 103UF4/ 8UF5).

Even without seeing this gent's face, I bet this has taken at least 10 years off him. Life changing.

This looks similar to another hair transplant I €™ve just seen in another thread. The result is good, but you can still see through in the crown area. So, since two procedures have been performed already, I was wondering also if SMP has been considered to simulate an increased density. I have seen some cases of SMP being used to hide this kind of see-through effect, and I believe it €™d help this patient reaching a perfect result.
