This 48 years-old patient without medical treatment comes to our clinic with the objective to cover the crown and improve the density in the frontal area. We extracted 2505 graft in the first surgery (5520 hairs; 2.2 hair per graft; 60 microns of hair; 0.9 mm punch, 461UF1/ 1196UF2/ 731UF3/ 111UF4/6UF5). After one year, a 2505 graft procedure was carried out to augment the density in the frontal and middle area (5425 hairs, 2.16 hair per graft; 0.9 mm punch; 485UF1/ 1226FU2/ 671FU3/ 113FU4/ 8FU5/ 2FU6).
