44 years-old patient without med s, with stable and advanced alopecia. He wished to have a medium coverage avoiding medication. We planned a 2 steps repair: in the first procedure we grafted 3151 Fu s with a 0.8 mm punch in the frontal and medium area. After 5 month we finish the crown with 2701 graft, again with 0.8 mm punch. This is a 2009 s patient.
