I am 70 days after the transplant, the clinic does not recommend minoxidil, but I want to speed up the process of hair regrowth, I keep thinking about it, will someone help me decide? Currently only biotin, zinc. Please help me because I'm lost and I want my best. ; )

Just looking at ur pics
U can either shave head short so everything blends in
Or
Use hairloss fibres to thicken up the transplant area so it blends in with existing hair

It is fine to use Minoxidil at this stage but you`re best to follow your clinic's instructions. If for some reason you don`t get optimal growth, they may try to say you ever followed their post op instructions.
I`m interested to know why they`re saying don`t use it at this stage. Could you ask them the reason?

because they say it has an artificial effect, and I will have to use it for the rest of my life so as not to lose it, they prefer patience and time, but that's their opinion. do you think if i started, i would speed up the regrowth process? if so, use it only on grafted places?

Hi mate
I reckon it wouldn't hurt to use minoxidil as from now, as ur transplants are safe and look all healed up now
only think after the third month maybe, whole head or Only Transplanted places?

If you use it on the whole head you will have to use it forever to maintain any gains. If only on the transplanted area it could speed up growth and encourage any miniaturised hair to grow back stronger. If you stop using it, any non transplanted hair growth will be lost at some point after its use.
As Phil suggested, maybe buzz down and just wait for it to grow.

does it wait for three and a half? or four months? and then start using it for transplants. This is the best option?

I think u are over thinking it
I understand though
U are at that ugly stage of ur hair transplants
I think u are best just to leave it well alone for now
Let it sort itself out
Maybe use the minoxidil on ur crown if its thinning

As I said earlier, I would get a short hair cut to make your hair more uniform and just let the hair grow when it`s ready. Supplements such as Biotin or MSM might help for quicker growth.
