A Question for Hairtech

Hi Hairtech, as an FUE extraction expert, what's you take on Dr. Gho and the Hair Science Institute? He recently published his findings in a peer-review journal that he can create two follicles from one using a 0.5 specially designed punch. I'm sure you're aware of the details. Is this total bull? Is it possible? They seem to be treating lots of patients with this hair multiplication process, including some Dutch singer/celebrity. If it was all a fraud, wouldn't they have been busted by now? I know that Gho's claims in the early 2000's turned out to be dubious, but his technique now is different - possible it works in your pro opinion?

No need for scientic paper or peer reviewed articles, just give us some full blown nw6 or NW7 transplanted to nw0 or nw1.
That is what can and should be expected, nothing less, after what 10 years or is it 20 years now?


A propos peer reviewed article. As far as I know there is an article, but not peer reviewed. How could it be since the tools are 'secret'?

I agree - however, I believe the new technique has only been around for four or five years now.. Plus it is my understanding that a number of European clinics (including yours) went to some Euro advertising council to shutdown their marketing for false claims. However, after review, the council ruled that the claims were legitimate and that they could continue to advertise donor regrowth... Hmm..
