Hey everyone, I’m new to this forum. Posting here because I had my hair transplant 2 years ago! First of all, I was extremely depressed before my procedure. Now, I'm happy with my results. I was drawn to the value in going overseas as opposed to staying in the US and paying a lot more for fewer grafts. Surgery was a FUE method with Vera Clinic doctors performing the incisions.
I received 3,600 grafts. Mostly to my frontal third hairline and some to my crown. I was picked up and driven everywhere I needed to be by the staff. Everyone was kind or at the very least professional.
The biggest benefit of going abroad is that you get a LOT more grafts than you would in the US for a similar price point (in my case). And honestly, that's just what I needed—I wanted my hairline restored, but didn't want anything too crazy or drastic. So it was perfect for me!
