If they ask me I tell my clients all of the option right from cutting a style to make the best of there thinning right up to HT. but if they don't ask then I assume they are happy with what they have got .

Your right I do work for a forum that talks about cosmetic surgery but I do that for free.

i have just had a good experience with dr bisanga, its early days for me but impressed so far. worth looking into. belgium is not so far away either. :::C
