The majority of repair patients can tell you they tried a procedure that was not around for a long time or a doctor that was not around for a long time. If you want to be a test pilot that is fine just understand that you are in fact a test pilot before you get into the chair.

Yes now many use youtube videos as the closer. Brandy would wheel in his brother-in-law as the closer for his hairlift procedure same thing different year. When you see someone promoting something ask them to show you their own pictures of the procedure they had themselves with the new technique or device. If they in fact have not had a procedure using what they are promoting than I suggest thinking long and hard and ask yourself why the promotion.

At least they use the appropriate word here "launch".

Getting people to ask questions and think is not being negative in fact it is quite the opposite. Young guys simply do not do this they just want their problem solved so they need someone that's not going to come here and sugar coat something so that we can all feel good.

Maybe it's just me but sometimes I think people need money so bad they don't care what they do and who they do to. Maybe they should buy less stuff and they will not need so much money.

Robograft extracts robust grafts through a 1mm punch incision, using a sharp 1mm punch to score the skin and a blunt 1.2mm punch to briefly dilate the tissue opening and allow for atraumatic graft extraction. The actual dimension of skin excised by the punch is 1mm, but as the skin is under significant tension (created by the unique "skin tensioner device"), the punch site may appear much smaller.
