asking about white dot on scalp

i have questin about sclap skin.
This is my data.ASian male,Age 37,Blood type A.

(first doctor)

i go to local dermatoolgist doctor and doctor say it is usual,dry skin and give me motoderm creams (contain Mometason fumat 1 mg) and i am not satisfy result

(Second doctor)

i have oral itraconasole (100 mg twice daily) and using fungasol (ketoconazole 2 %) shampoo one daily
when my hair ,i shampoo , it was something blinking yellow like golden blinking



Qustion
1.I have white dot on my sclap.(inner my skin ) this surounding my follicle.
My qustion is that is fungus or this is backteria? and what type ?
2.Abaout blinkin on hair.what is fungus?

Not sure what it is, could you post a picture thats no so close up so we can see how your hair looks and if the dots show through.

Very hard to tell dude have you visited a HT Doctor for advice as they say more heads up close than most.
